HOMEMADE QUINCE LIQUEUR

Hi!
Today I want to share with you a recipe for HOMEMADE QUINCE LIQUEUR. This one will be with quinces. In Poland there's a tradition of making preserves. Every end of summer and beginning of autumn we use fruit, vegetables or even mushrooms to make delicious dishes.
What I like is to make liqueurs. It's really easy and they're perfect to add to tea or desserts.

What we need:
- 300g quince
- 0,5l vodka
- 250g sugar
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1l jar

How to make it:
1. Cut the quinces into quarters & remove the seeds.
2. Put the fruit into the 1l jar then add rest of the ingredients.
3. Leave the preserve for 2 months. Stir it once in a while.
4. Filter the liqueur and pour it into a bottle.

Et voila!

Ready! You can use the fruit for the cakes or ice creams. The liqueur is perfect with tea or as addition to dessert during cold winter night :)

Let me know what you think!

DIY: Cinnamon Mask

Hi!
Today I want to show you a really quick homemade CINNAMON MASK.I really like it and it totally works for my skin. It's super easy to make and you will find the ingredients in  every kitchen.

You only need:
- 1 tablespoon yoghurt (you can use mineral water, but the mask will be stronger & it will burn more)
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

Mix it together and put on your face for 5-10mins. The skin will burn a little (or a lot it depends on the person :P). When the time is up. Wash your face with cool water an put on your favourite moisturizing cream.
Use the mask in the evening because your face will be reddened so you don't want to look like a tomato in the street ;)

The mask works like a peeling- cleans the skin pores. After that the skin is brighter, smoother & looks younger.

Be careful! It you have allergy to cinnamon or thread veins, don't use it!

Any questions or suggestions? Write me :)

Quick escape: MOROCCO

Hello everyone!

As I mentioned yesterday I went to Morocco. It was in march but I wanted to show you another amazing place to go.
Me & my firends decided to go to Tanger which was a good city to meet (we were from around the Europe so it wasn't that easy). The flight was cheap (about 30 euros one way) and we stayed in The Melting Pot hostel.

It's situated in the heart of Ancient Medina (the word "medina" simply means "city" in arabic)

There were pleny of narrow streets.  I was amazed by the colours.

We went to a market and it was... really intresting experience. Huge crowd, shouting people and king of dirt (I mean, let;s say I wouldm't like to buy any of this food at home, especially meat :) )

There was this absolutely adorable coffeehouse.

Not far from Tanger there's a place called Hercules Cave. We got there right for a sunset. It was unforgettable memory.

One day we went to Assilah.  Small village next to Atlantic Ocean. I am still amazed by the surroundig colours. The buildings with pretty details & the bright streets were breathtaking.

It was my 1st trip outside the Europe and I was amazed by different culture. I spent there only 4 days but they were definietly worth it. I will have to go back to Morocco and this time go south.

MOROCCAN MINT TEA

Hi everyone!
Today I would like to share a quick recipe for a MOROCCAN TEA. I tasted it for the 1st time when I went for a little trip with my friends to Morocco.

The tea is made of green tea, mint leaves and sugar (it doesn't have to be brown sugar, a regular white one is also good). It's perfect for hot days but not only. The taste is amazing and the drink refreshing.

And that's really it. Just few minutes for a different tea.
I have to admint that the coffe in Morocco was also really good :)

So this is it for today! If you have any questions write me!
Bye! :)
